REFUNDS

HMMH allow refunds of any book(s) within 30 days if the book has not been used, written in, or damaged in any way.  Any items that are not books, will only be exchanged if the merchandise is defective in some way.  To request a refund, please email HMMH customer care at [email protected] to get information on how to return the book(s). 

Please save the tracking number used to ship your return to us, as we cannot issue an exchange on any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to HMMH for any other reason. HMMH will process your return and notify you via email within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.  The Customer will cover shipping costs to mail returned book(s).

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will be given on defective merchandise only. No returns on merchandise (other than books), unless it is defective in some way.  HMMH will accept exchanges if notified by the Customer with 14 business days of receiving merchandise to qualify for an exchange of any items other than books.
